Post admission as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015, Ross commenced working predominately in the criminal law jurisdiction, appearing regularly in the Magistratesí Court and instructing counsel and assisting in the preparation of committals and trials in the higher Courts.

Ross then went on to develop a commercial litigation practice, acting for individuals and companies in contract disputes, leasing disputes, deceased estate disputes, building and construction disputes (including security of payment applications), insolvency matters and sporting tribunal matters.

Prior to joining Tony Hargreaves & Partners in 2019, Ross worked in the litigation department of a large mid-tier commercial law firm. Ross continues to practise in litigation, whilst also acting for clients in a range of criminal defence matters involving both summary and indictable offences.
