EXPERIENCE
Beth commenced her legal career at the Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) in 2003. During her employment at the OPP, she worked within the General Prosecutions, Sexual Offences, Court of Appeal, Policy Advising Court of Appeal and Committals & Advocacy Sections. Beth currently represents individuals charged with summary and indictable offences, ranging from traffic offences to sexual offences and complex frauds. She has extensive experience in appearing at the Magistrates Court and superior Courts, and in the preparation of criminal matters for trial.
Beth is currently on maternity leave.
