Our criminal law practice is headed by Tony Hargreaves who has practised in this jurisdiction for over twenty years. We cover all criminal matters ranging from Intervention Orders and traffic offences through to major criminal trials in the Superior Courts. - White collar/commercial crime
We have extensive experience in the area of fraud related criminal offences which often involve lengthy and complicated hearings. We utilise specialist computer software to assist in the proper preparation of these types of matters. - Disciplinary proceedings
We have acted on behalf of a large number of individuals who have been charged with committing disciplinary offences before professional bodies such as lawyers, medical practitioners, accountants, veterinarians, and dentists. We are regularly involved in hearings of this nature for disciplinary tribunals and subsequent reviews of the tribunal decision. - Coronial Inquests
Our solicitors have acted in many coronial Inquests, ranging from acting on behalf of the next of kin of the deceased prisoners in the Jika Jika fire at Pentridge Prison, acting for police officers involved in fatal shootings or fatal car accidents, and acting for company directors and managers of companies where an employee has been killed in the course of his or her employment. - Appeals

We have acted in a large number of matters for employers, directors and employees of corporations who are charged with committing offences pursuant to the Occupational Health & Safety Act where, an employee has been injured or killed in a work related accident.
