EXPERIENCE

Since admission in 2012, Will has worked solely in the criminal law jurisdiction, regularly appearing for clients in the Magistrates’ and County Court and instructing counsel and assisting in the preparation of complex criminal trials in both the County Court and Supreme Court.

Will joined the Tony Hargreaves & Partners in early 2016 and continues to work on a range of criminal offences, from minor summary offences through to serious indictable charges determined by Jury trial in the Superior Courts.

He understands the commitment required to deliver the best results possible for clients charged with both summary and indictable offences. Based upon previous involvement for community legal services and human rights organisations, he is dedicated to the ideals of accessibility to justice and equality before the law.

Will holds Bachelor of Arts (History and Archaeology) and Bachelor of Laws Degrees, as well as a Masters of Asian Studies (Archaeology) from Monash University Melbourne. Following completion of his tertiary studies Will obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute, and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in January 2012.
